♡ How does the return shipping work?
Please announce your return or exchange request with your order number by email (hallo@glueckskind-shop.at).
The postage costs are borne by you. Please write me the order number and the exchange request or "return" on the envelope so that I can assign it more quickly.
From Germany , please send a simple letter to our German post office (please only send by German Post or DHL, otherwise it will not be accepted!)

♡ Are Glückskind products treated with superwash or why can they be machine washed?
No, we do not use a superwash process for our products - We rely on the latest sustainable technologies: Thanks to the innovative Naturetexx Plasma process, which is powered by renewable energy, no chlorine-based chemical treatment is used. By using air and plasma, the wool fiber becomes machine washable and does not mat. The process is GOTS and bluesign compliant.

♡ Which size of summer cap or hood fits my child?

♡ What can I do if the goods I received are faulty?
We always strive for high quality, but mistakes can sometimes happen because each item of clothing is sewn by a person. Please just contact me (hallo@glueckskind-shop.at) and we will definitely find a solution to fix the problem.
